The Productivity Illusion

How many "sources of truth" do you have for the same process? Count the Google Docs, Notion pages, AI-generated guides, and tribal knowledge that all claim to describe how something works.

When someone asks a question, does the AI answer from your playbook or from the internet? If every response is a coin flip between "helpful" and "subtly wrong," you don't have an AI problem. You have an architecture problem.
The organizations that will win the next decade aren't the ones with the most AI tools. They're the ones that built the knowledge layer first — then let AI accelerate on top of it. Structure before speed. Architecture before acceleration.
