Connect Confluence and SharePoint and the documentation you keep there becomes training people can actually use. Connect Slack and they can ask it without leaving the channel.
Bring content in
Connect the site and choose whole spaces or single page trees. The pages you already wrote become searchable training content, and edits at the source come forward on their own.

One admin approval covers the tenant. Pick the document libraries or folders that matter, and sync moves only what changed rather than re-reading the whole library.
Take answers out
Mention Mereon in a channel and the answer lands in the thread, with the source. Follow-ups read the whole conversation first, so nobody restates the question.
How It Works
Connect the source, choose what comes across, and it starts answering questions and teaching people.
Choose whole Confluence spaces, single page trees, SharePoint libraries, or one folder. Nothing arrives that you did not select, and a preview tells you how much a scope matches before you commit to it.
Imported pages run the same pipeline as anything you upload. They are searchable, they answer questions, and the knowledge graph reads them like any other document.
Someone updates the file where it lives and the change syncs. The old version is superseded, so lessons and answers move to the new one instead of quoting what you replaced.
Imported pages and files cannot be edited in Mereon. One source of truth, one place people go to change it, and no chance of two versions drifting apart because somebody fixed the wrong copy.
The documents exist and the people are willing. Finding the right one, and knowing it is current, is the part that does not work.
Someone asks how to process a return. Someone asked last Tuesday. The answer is written down and nobody can find it, so a senior person types it out again. Now it gets answered in the channel, from your own material, every time.
The procedure is documented. It is three clicks deep in a space nobody browses, so people ask a coworker instead. Import it and the same page starts answering the question directly.
Imported files stay read-only, so your controlled document process does not change and no second unapproved copy appears. Update it at the source and everything built on it follows.
Sync asks what changed instead of reading everything again, so a library that keeps growing does not turn into a job that never finishes.
