Terms of Service

By accessing or using the services of EquipBot, Inc. (doing business as Mereon, "Mereon"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("ToS"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

Mereon provides businesses with tools to upload video and other content and train their teams on it. Users can ask questions and complete training on the content provided. Mereon relies on third-party model providers, including but not limited to OpenAI, to deliver some of its features.

Organizations can be created by Mereon admins or by businesses. The owner of the organization is responsible for inviting and managing user accounts within the organization.

Account roles:

• Organization Owner: Responsible for managing access and roles within the organization.
• Admin: Can upload content and manage other data within the organization.
• User: Has the ability to interact with the platform, ask questions, and undergo training.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information and ensuring that their use of the service complies with these ToS.

Mereon operates on a month-to-month subscription basis. Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle. Pricing details will be provided when available.

Cancellation: Owners can cancel their organization's subscription at any time prior to the next billing cycle. Upon cancellation, access to the service will terminate at the end of the current subscription period.

Mereon is intended solely for lawful, business use. Users agree to:

• Not engage in any illegal, obscene, or abusive activities while using the service.
• Use the service solely for the benefit of their organization.

Mereon reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these rules.

EquipBot, Inc. reserves the right to terminate your access to the service at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, Mereon is under no obligation to provide access to any data, including user-uploaded content.

EquipBot, Inc. makes no warranties regarding:

• The accuracy or quality of generated responses or analysis.
• The integrity, security, or continued availability of user content.
• Service uptime or the timing of service maintenance windows.

The service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.

Mereon collects data provided by users, including but not limited to names, business operational data, and project-related content. By using the service, users consent to Mereon's collection and use of this data to provide the service.

Mereon does not share user data with third parties except as necessary to deliver the service (e.g., using third-party model providers).

These ToS are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under these ToS shall be adjudicated in the courts located in Lubbock, Texas.

EquipBot, Inc. does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows may occur without prior notice. Customer support inquiries can be submitted via email, and responses may take up to three business days.

EquipBot, Inc. reserves the right to modify these ToS at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
